Manage or cancel your subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose LevelBody. You can also tap Manage in the app under Profile > Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a purchase

New phone or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen or under Profile > Subscription, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Getting consistent scan scores

Use the same spot, the same light and the same time of day, wear fitted shorts, and keep your whole body inside the guide. Lighting and pump change how you look, so compare scans taken the same way.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete my account and data. It deletes your account and everything stored on your phone. Your workouts and scans are kept only on your phone, so they cannot be recovered afterwards.
